Better late than never:
- Use diagnostics to know my students and my impact on them better.
- Work on preparing my questions/ questioning to highlight misconceptions and heighten learning.
- Be more consistent and clear with language and explanations.
- Use humour/ smile more.
- Be more patient while still focusing on the whether it makes the boat goes faster.
- Get better at mentoring.
- Get my team better at mentoring.
- Make our reading groups effective change agents.
- Go to ResearchED Gothenburg.
- Get others from school to come to ResearchED Gothenburg.
